Dates: 18th – 19th July 2016
Strategic planning and change management is an organisational management activity. It is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources. It is also used to strengthen operations and ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working towards common goals. Moreover, it is used to establish agreement around intended outcomes or results, assess and adjust the organisation’s direction in response to a changing environment. Change being the only constant thing that we can rely on in the business world, strategic planning and change management as a discipline, is an effort that produces fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organisation is, who it serves, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future.
